				Dule Temple It is located in Jixian County 113 kilometers from downtown Tianjin. The Tower of Guanyin, 23 meters high, was rebuilt in 984, and is the oldest tower in China. It enshrines a clay statue of Guanyin, 16 meters high, made in the Liao Dynasty.
