The booth rental includes setup, inner shelves, lighting and display sign board and all public electricity, water, common maintenance, cleaning, security, internal integrated advertising and general secretarial services as well.

Unique services

The organizer of Panyu Friendship Real Estate Development Ltd. China committed to provide following unique services to all participants of the Universal Merchandise Promotion Agency Center:

• Invited potential buyers and developers from various industries to visit and view products in the exhibition hall.

• All buyers and visitors are greeted at the front reception, and staff will introduce manufacturers' goods at the exhibition hall.

• Co-operative advertising through local media news release, circular to major industries and commercial organizations.

• A bi-monthly report to each member indicating how many inquiries were made on the member's products.

The Center also provides members with a variety of value-added services including registration of documents, product patents submission, CCIB certificate and other related license, PRC import & export custom clearance, inland transportation, custom bonded warehousing, storage, distributing, marketing and general legal and commercial matters advisement.

• Min. fee as your liaison office in China, free meeting rooms on site.

• Min. fee to book travela, re-forward mail, fax, or messages (postage and phone bills extra).

• Min. fee handling import or export documents (government fees extra).

• Monthly report on sales of displaying products.

An agency agreement is necessity in doing business in China. Once you join as a member of Universal Merchandise Promotion Agency Center, you pay no advertising, management fees. The only fee you pay is the agency fee on goods sold by the sales person of the Center. Thus, you can sell your products/services into the heart of China easily through our network with lower cost. Agency agreement will be negotiated and negotiated between the concerned parties which may vary according to the product and services.
