The Chinese Society of Urban Development
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
The Chinese
Society of Urban Development and Gold-Mine Travel (Ontario) Inc. of
Canada have joined efforts in order to promote and develop tourism in
China as well as enhance the cultural and economic exchange between
cities (both within China and internationally). The following outlines
the agreement drafted between the Chinese Society of Urban Development
and Gold-Mine Travel (Ontario) Inc. of Canada:
1. Gold-Mine Travel (Ontario)
Inc. of Canada will be the sole organization outside of China
collaborating with the Chinese Society of Urban Development in the
proposed venture. It will liaise with interested investors, and be
responsible for the planning, organization, and marketing of the
business travel tours.
2. The
Chinese Society of Urban Development will be the sole organization in
China in direct association with the business travel tours, in
collaboration with and with support from the China Cities International
Travel Service of China.
3. The tour routes and content
have been discussed and agreed upon by both the Chinese Society of Urban
Development and Gold-Mine Travel (Ontario) Inc. of Canada. Further
changes from either party must be proposed and agreed upon by both
parties at least three months prior to implementation date.
4. All fees received from tour
members must be wired to the account of the Chinese Society of Urban
Development prior to the members arriving in China.
5. Both parties have agreed to
collaborate on good terms. Any changes can be implemented only after
both parties have agreed upon them.
6. Four copies of this
agreement have been made, two for each party, effective once signed. The
contract is effective for one year, and is renewed automatically every
year. Should either party wish to cease the contract, they should do so
in writing at least six months prior to the end date.
