HUNAN - Changsha (Capital of the Province): Changsha is located in the heart of the province at the central-south of China. The city has a total area of 12,503 square kilometers including 57 square kilometers of urban area, it has a total population of 4.95 millions, including 1.25 million urban residents. Changsha in the geographical at the lower plain eastern of Xiangjiang River and south of Dongtinghu Lake. Its the sub-tropical weather with monthly average temperature at 12-16C.
