The four development zones and the Hangzhou International Trade Exhibition Center, which was opened in 1998, have made further progress in attracting overseas investments. Other Cities' Economic Development Zones: In all the province's coastal cities - Ningbo, Taizhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Zhoushan, Rui'an, Xiaoshan, Fenhua, Yuhang, and Wenzhou - economic and technological development zones have been established and are undergoing continuing improvement.
